DRI TOUCH® AMBER rust blocker forms a colorless, odorless barrier film that is dry-to-touch and highly resistant to humidity and corrosion. Designed for use on all types of cast iron, steel and MIM components which are machined or have characteristics such as blind holes, recesses and uneven surfaces.  The DRI TOUCH AMBER coating will not drain off parts, or wick off into packaging materials, like oil-based products can.  It effectively protects parts that go into storage or dealer warehouses that require robust corrosion resistance without an oily film.

DRI TOUCH AMBER is ideal for all types of hand tools and motor assemblies that contain both metallic and non-metallic components. It penetrates and de-waters recessed areas  without damaging non-metallic components such as grips, handles, fasteners and enclosures. The colorless film is especially useful for parts that are shrink or blister packaged for retail sale.

An effective water-displacer that dries to a slightly oily film. Used on uncoated metal components, or as a sealant for blackened or phosphatized parts.

Light oil sealant. A water-displacer which stays slightly oily for added lubrication and protection. Use on parts which will be oiled in service or need lubrication for assembly. 800+hrs. humidity; 126° F flash point.

Excellent water-displacer. Dries to an ultra-thin, non-oily, dry-to-touch film with a semi-solid consistency that does not add a measurable thickness. Most often used on uncoated metal components.

An effective water-displacer that dries to a heavy-duty film that is three times thicker than DRI TOUCH IRP1 above. Ideally used on blackened or phosphatized components to seal out corrosion without a dimensional change. Non-oily film does not drain off or wick off into packaging materials.

Non-oily rust preventative. A water- displacer with a semi-solid film which will not drain off or wick off into packaging. Ideal for long-term storage or shipment. 1,000+ hrs. humidity; 130° flash point.

An ultra heavy-duty sealant that leaves a thicker, semi-solid film. Ideal for long-term storage or overseas shipments that need very long term protection.

Barium-free rust preventive that dries to a soft waxy film that stays in place during long storage, overseas shipment, etc. 300 hours salt spray resistance; 130°F flash point.

A water-soluble oil that is mixed with water at 15% by volume. Can be used on blackened or phosphatized surfaces. Leaves a slightly oily film.

Water-soluble oil sealant. Diluted with water with no flash point but offers superior protection. Ideal for bulk-handled parts. Can be heated for fast drying.

A water-based version of DRI TOUCH PLUS IRP3 above. Dries to a non-oily, non-dimensional film that is able to wet out all smooth or blackened surfaces, with surprisingly good protection levels.

An acrylic polymer emulsion that dries to a satin-gloss smooth, dry finish and a film thickness of .0002". Ideal for cosmetic applications.

Acrylic wax sealant. A water emulsion blend of polymers and slick waxes. Dries to a hard, satin-gloss with minimal build-up. Recommended for parts requiring gloss finish for enhanced sales appeal.

A heavier-duty product that incorporates urethane polymers that dry to a hard film with extra protection and a satin gloss.

Urethane acrylic sealant. Dries to a super hard film that stands up to scuffing and wear. Dries quickly; no odor.
